Schauermann is our popular dark espresso roast. It's the answer to the desire for a strong espresso with character, which also shows strength when served with milk. We roast it darker than our other coffees. This results in a full-bodied, strong coffee with a thick crema. At the same time, it's low in acidity and captivates with nuances of dark chocolate and almonds.
