Our accommodation recommendations

Plater Hermann

Our small bed-and-breakfast hotel, with the historic name "Plater Hermann," is idyllically located in the village of Plate, just 3 km from the gates of Lüchow. You'll stay in a quiet and comfortable setting with a direct view of the centuries-old St. Mary's Church.

The building, once the village pub with a hall, dates back to 1880. Today, after a loving renovation, it welcomes you in a rustic country house style.

    Count Bernstorff's businesses

Our historic holiday apartments are located amidst untouched nature, surrounded by meadows and forests, lakes and rivers.

The surrounding area is perfect for relaxing, sunbathing, playing, and barbecuing. In the heart of Gartow lies the large and picturesque lake with a beach, boat rentals, and an adventure playground.

      Old Post Office Dannenberg

The Alte Post Dannenberg combines historic charm with modern comfort. Old beams, warm colors, and lovingly crafted details create a cozy atmosphere in the restaurant. The outdoor terrace overlooking the Alte Jeetzel is particularly popular—ideal for relaxing with good food and a beautiful view. A place to relax and unwind, right in the heart of Dannenberg.

        Potato Hotel

The Kartoffel Hotel is located in the circular village of Lübeln, also known as the wedding village. Our Wendland region in the eastern Lüneburg Heath is known for its Elbe Valley Biosphere Reserve, the Nemitzer Heath, and its romantic circular villages.

The Kartoffel-Hotel is housed in an old farmhouse, which we have lovingly restored and converted into a hotel. At the Kartoffel-Hotel, you'll find cozy rooms, delicious food, and relaxing wellness treatments. The ideal hotel for your rural getaway.
