Our summer honey with linden tree is a natural delicacy straight from the beekeeper. In the summer, migratory beekeeper Remo Bunge and his colonies travel to the blooming linden tree avenues and groves in the Prignitz region. There, the bees collect the valuable nectar and honeydew during the warmer months, when the linden trees are in full bloom from June to July.
The resulting honey impresses with its delicate, mild aroma and a subtle mint note, typical of linden honey. Its golden yellow to amber hue and harmonious flavor make it a special treat on breakfast bread, in tea, or simply enjoyed straight from the spoon.
