The German tool manufacturer Krumpholz has been producing hand-forged forestry and gardening tools since 1799 and remains family-owned to this day. This small fork takes up little space and is ideal for digging in raised beds. With its T-shaped ash handle and sharp forks, the work is a pleasure.
Since 1799, the family-owned company Krumpholz has been manufacturing garden tools to the highest quality standards. Genuine craftsmanship – Made in Germany. Krumpholz uses only high-quality materials such as Swedish steel and ash wood in the manufacture of its tools. Different degrees of hardness of the respective material are used depending on the intended use.
Each hand-forged tool is unique and will serve gardeners and professionals for decades, as they can also be repaired.

Care instructions
To ensure longevity, the steel and wooden handle should be thoroughly dried after each use. Storage is ideally in dry, unheated rooms such as barns or garden sheds. In heated rooms, the wood can dry out, lose its elasticity and thus break more easily. For additional care, we recommend occasionally treating the handle with wood oil or linseed oil.

The Krumpholz story begins in 1799 in the small Franconian village of Grafengehaig. Then as now, the Krumpholz family name stands for excellent blacksmith craftsmanship. The family is now in its eighth generation, running the company with deep respect for tradition while also keeping an eye on modern requirements.
What began as a small hammer forge is now a renowned manufacturer of the highest quality hand tools, consistently manufactured in Germany – regionally, sustainably, and with great pride in craftsmanship. The water from the nearby Rodach River is still used to power the blacksmith's hammers – a beautiful symbol of the company's connection to its homeland and nature.
