Peeled organic tomatoes Orto – hand-peeled & natural
Bio Orto's peeled organic tomatoes , grown on the slopes of the Gargano, are among the company's signature products. They consist of just three natural ingredients: tomatoes, water, and salt. After harvesting, the tomatoes are briefly blanched, peeled by hand, and then preserved in water and salt. This preserves their texture and allows their full aroma and the flavor of freshly picked tomatoes to unfold in the jar.
Combinations: Ideal for preparing pizzaiola meat, steamed squid, tomato soup and tomato eggs.
