Our award-winning flagship product: GANS Gin, made from regional ingredients such as oat straw, chokeberries, clover, and acacia blossoms. Floral notes blend with spicy juniper freshness. Awarded the World Spirit Award in Gold.
GANS Sloe Gin – 100 ml
GANS Sloe Gin combines GANS Gin with ripe sloe berries. Intense aromas of cherry and plum meet the typically tart sloe – a charming gin liqueur for special occasions and cocktail creations.
GANS Honey Gin – 100 ml
GANS Honey Gin combines regional honey with the gin recipe. Gently distilled in a copper still, it unfolds delicate honey notes, a golden color, and a light sweetness – an Old Tom Gin with harmonious balance.

Recipe suggestions
GANS Gin – Classic Gin & Tonic
5 cl GANS Gin, 20 cl Premium Tonic Water, ice cubes, garnish: apple slice or lemon zest.
Pour into a glass with ice, stir gently and garnish.
GOOSE Sloe Gin – Sloe Gin Fizz
4 cl GANS Sloe Gin, 2 cl fresh lemon juice, 1 cl sugar syrup, soda water, ice cubes.
Shake, strain into a glass with ice, top up with soda water, and garnish with a lemon slice.
GOOSE Honey Gin – Old Tom Collins
5 cl GANS honey gin, 2 cl lemon juice, 1 cl sugar syrup, ice cubes, soda water.
Shake all ingredients except soda water, strain into a glass with ice, top up with soda water, and garnish with a lemon slice or rosemary sprig.

In the Prignitz region, one of Germany's most sparsely populated regions, the GANS fine spirits manufactory is located in the tranquil town of Klein Gottschow. With passion and dedication, the team led by Robert Wacker distills high-quality spirits that impress with their authenticity and regionality. The centerpiece is the award-winning GANS Gin, which unfolds a harmonious and floral aroma with 12 local botanicals such as oat straw, chokeberry, acacia blossoms, clover, and daisies.
Products & Production – Artisan distillation with regional ingredients
The spirits of the GANS Manufaktur are produced in the farm's own distillery, equipped with a traditional copper still. Here, the ingredients are gently and carefully distilled to extract the best possible aromas. In addition to GANS Gin, the range also includes GANS Sloe Gin, a liqueur made from sloe and juniper, and GANS Egg Liqueur, which is refined with eggs from happy chickens from the neighboring organic farm and GANS Gin.
The history of GANS – Tradition meets innovation
The story of GANS Manufaktur began in April 2018, when Robert Wacker decided to establish his own gin factory on his grandparents' farm in Klein Gottschow. The name "GANS" is derived from the former goose barn, where the copper kettles are now located. Despite the challenges posed by the coronavirus pandemic, the factory was successfully established and has since established a reputation for high-quality, handcrafted spirits.
