Bat House – protected habitat for endangered bats
Bats are critically endangered! With our space-saving bat house, you can give these animals a protected and safe place to nest and raise their young. Since bats cannot build their own nests, they depend on ready-made nesting sites. Naturally occurring caves or ancient ruins are rarely found in nature anymore – help us create new habitats for these nocturnal insect hunters!
The bats will thank you: In summer, they reliably keep annoying mosquitoes away from you.
Sustainable production
Your professional bat house is handcrafted to a high standard – in close cooperation with Palatinate workshops for people with disabilities, who are fairly paid above the minimum wage. The 2 cm thick local FSC solid wood comes from sustainable forestry and is sourced from our trusted forester and sawmill.
