Product description
This elaborately handcrafted cutting and serving board made of solid dark or natural oak has a juice groove on one side and is crafted to be extra narrow. The juice groove is 2 cm wide and approximately 1 cm deep, allowing for a generous amount of liquid. A step is incorporated into each of the long ends, allowing the cutting and serving board to be placed comfortably on the table without taking up much space. The board's double-sided use is also practical, as one side can be used "cleanly" without cutting marks, while the other can be used for serving and pre-cutting. The oak board is manufactured by a family business in northern Denmark. These versions are available in two sizes. Other dimensions are available upon request.

Care instructions
Please note that oak is a living material that can expand and contract depending on temperature and humidity. Therefore, wash the board by hand immediately after use or wipe it with a wet/damp cloth. Remember to wet it on both sides, otherwise it may warp.
You can coat all surfaces of the board with regular cooking oil from time to time to preserve the shine of the wood. The board must be completely dry before applying the cooking oil. You can also refinish the board by gently sanding the wood in the direction of the grain with fine-grain sandpaper (400 grit or higher) and then rubbing it thinly with cooking oil.
If treated properly, this high-quality oak board will remain beautiful for many years and will accompany you sustainably in your everyday life.
