Diese sonnengetrockneten Bio-Tomaten werden nach apulischer Tradition verarbeitet und überzeugen durch ihren intensiven, konzentrierten Geschmack. Sorgfältig ausgewählte Tomaten reifen unter der Sonne Süditaliens und entwickeln dabei ihr charakteristisches Aroma.
Nach dem Trocknen werden sie in firmeneigenem Peranzana nativem Olivenöl extra eingelegt. Dieses hochwertige Öl rundet den Geschmack harmonisch ab und kann auch nach dem Verzehr der Tomaten als aromatisches Öl für Brot oder Bruschetta weiterverwendet werden.
