Organic Orto Aromatic Lemon – flavored organic olive oil with lemon
From fragrant fresh lemons , which are combined with the Peranzana olives typical of northern Puglia processed, a unique organic spice oil with a delicate, fresh and long-lasting taste is created. It is ideal for refining warm dishes, but also gives cold dishes a tangy note.
The gentle production takes place at a constant temperature of 27 °C, which preserves all natural flavors. This process guarantees a high-quality, fragrant oil that stands out from most aromatic spices on the market.
