A special kind of schnapps: If you want to offer your guests something different than the classic fruit schnapps, the Grafschaft Mark schnapps in the Quetsch (plum) flavor is just the right choice. An excellent drink for in between meals, to liven up the mood or as a nightcap after a delicious meal. Only select, regional plums are used, which are then aged in barrels for several months under the best conditions to create a full-bodied plum brandy. An extremely fine and exceptional fruit brandy, best enjoyed neat. Like a squeezable liqueur, the Obstler Zwetschge (Plum Fruit Brandy) is best enjoyed at a temperature of 16 to 18°C. This spirit is strongly reminiscent of a Christmas cake from English or Irish tradition, which is named after Christmas but is also enjoyed outside of the festive season.
