Payment and shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery is only possible within Germany.
Shipping costs (including VAT)
We calculate shipping costs based on the order value (gross goods value):
Goods value up to 100 € = 6.99 €
Express shipping = 18.99 €
For orders over €100.00 we offer free shipping.
When sending bulky goods (forwarding) we charge as follows:
Bulky goods shipping for orders of 10kg and more = 20.99€
Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany will take place within 3 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
